Summary: Shara is saved in Sol Terro desert by a beautiful and mysterious Univir girl. As she tries to figure out her feelings after, she becomes more and more convinced that marrying the Univir woman will bring peace between their villages.

Or: Shara takes one look at Kuruna and goes "yes, wifeing this monster girl is exactly what I need to do. For the sake of our land. Definitely just for the sake of peace."

This started out as this dark beauty and the beast retelling with Shara/Kuruna, but it sat in my folders with no inspiration for years. Then I had some wake up in the middle of the night inspiration of "wait, this is RF3. It should be silly and ridiculous. Shara is convinced she needs to wife Kuruna!" so here we are.

SaraJaye's prompt finally got me to rewrite and finish this.

Maybe one day I will do some original dark beauty and the beast fairytale f/f retelling. But for now, you get the silly one. Which is more in line with the actual plot of RF3 anyways.

A treat for SaraJaye in Pine4Pine.

The prompt was:
Lissa/Maribelle (both pining): Ah, the first FE Awakening ship of my heart. Maribelle's feelings are obvious, but Lissa's can be read as subtle or not really there. Maybe Lissa doesn't really consider having romantic feelings for her best friend, but then notices she's doing similar things for Maribelle that Chrom and his wife do for each other. And realizes why Maribelle is so clingy at times. And wonders how to go about confessing while Maribelle is fretting that her clingy behavior is a turnoff even though Lissa doesn't seem to mind.

Lucina and Cynthia's mom is Sumia, Kjelle's dad is Stahl, Severa's dad is Gregor. There is small blink and you'll miss it Lucisev and less blink and you'll misms it Kjelle/Cynthia. I didn't tag because I tend not to tag when they're very small side pairs.

This was a request in yuletide a ways back made by Phrentobe :
"I would really love an arranged marriage fic with Lyndis and Florina in an AU where it's seen as a measure of good faith between the countries they come from - though I love them being in a relationship together it would be interesting to see how duty would affect their relationship to each other and what kinds of stresses it would bring."

I didn't actually see it soon enough to fill it then. But I saved it and finally got a jolt of inspiration to finish off something which had been about 300 words of quickly jotted down fic for a while.

This is a slight canon divergence. It follows Lyn's chapters pretty smoothly, but Lyn and Florina hadn't met yet at that point, and the main story hasn't started up yet.

Also, this is late, but: wooo at Lynja winning in FEH!
