I'm the photographer for this big fancy wedding so I'm going around and snapping pictures of everyone and oh wow you are so incredibly otherworldly in your beauty/handsomeness and oops turns out I end up taking more pictures of you than the happy couple・AU

Divergent AU which implies:
Nahyuta never met Ema in 6-2 and instead met her after 6-5
Which meant Nahyuta never thawed, even when Apollo defeated Ga'ran, and they didn't immediately reconcile due to his grief over what happened in 6-5
Which led to Apollo going back to L.A. because Nahyuta was still dealing with too much grief to ask him to stay

Which is a lot to go for a cute wedding fic, but y'know. Technically this is the second wedding fic so it had to have Justice/Cykes to balance out the Klapollo and Cykesquill in the other wedding fic. Yay for multishipping.

And yes, it's a whirlwind romance that's a feature and not a bug. I legit was thinking of romcoms while writing it. Sort of tongue-in-cheek takes on romcoms + solving crime!

Also: NB Nahyuta for this one. I like both NB!Nahyuta and GNC!Nahyuta personally. Each reading of Nahyuta's character is really interesting to see.

Author's note: according to an investigation late in 6-5, Amara's tomb took several billion dollars
to build and draws in quite a bit of tourists. So despite the country being like THAT, it had quite an amount of tourists even while being ruled by an authoritarian lawful/evil despot.

Janet Hsu actually mentioned that Khura'inese was based on Tibetan, which is one considered one of the hardest languages to learn in the entire world. (link here)

I think this whole thing happened because of the line in OblivionIsAtHand's pwp where she talked about questioning herself for wanting to seduce a monk. I legit have not been able to stop thinking about it until this was written.

Title: Ice Cream Cake

Summary: Shortly after meeting Prosecutor Sahdmadhi, Ema decides to try and turn over a new leaf, and be nice to a prosecutor (who isn't Chief Prosecutor Edgeworth) for once.
Author's note:

A missing scene set slightly before the Magical Turnabout. This assumes that Nahyuta was hanging around for a little while prior to 6-2 murder, because of how Ema speaks of him in early 6-2 makes it sound like she hadn't just met him that morning.

This is also why she isn't complaining so much about Nahyuta, lol. I took inspiration from her talk on the prosecutor in 6-2 where she won't shut up about how polite and what a nice smile he has.
