Pairing list preference here, I'll write pairings other than my preferences, btw!
Although I might have to refuse at times because I can't write x character to save my life/etc. If you're really unsure, just put down more than one. Oh yeah, and multiples are always allowed.

Also- the thought of Asuka pregnant terrifies me. Seriously, had Asuka been pregnant in the series, I think the Angels would have been too busy pissing themselves to try doing anything else.
