There are three important facts about Hara Akiha: 1. He. Does. Not. Give. Up. 2. He does not give up. 3. If your name is Umeda Hokuto, you’re pretty much screwed (and in more ways than one). Akiha might as well be an Umeda-seeking missile spiraling through the air with that idiot grin of his.
Umeda fights in ways that vary from passive-aggressive to throwing the idiot out the window. If he leaves his cellphone off, he’ll just have 500 missed calls and a pouting, worried blonde on at the door of his office with the most pathetic puppy expression in the history of ever.
Sadly, that number is not an exaggeration. Nor is the puppyface. No one does guilt looks like Akiha. Sometimes Umeda almost feels a twinge of guilt as he kicks the idiot in the pants and locks the door. Sometimes.
When he comes home there’s sure to be a blonde blur pulling him back and nuzzling and whimpering Senpai~ Senpai~ and dragging him off towards the bedroom for marathon sex. (The latter he minds a lot less than he lets on. )
He's childish and astute, energetic and oh so soft. Through it all, Umeda knows that it could be worse. He could have a real puppy, who got mud all over his clothes, and chewed his shoes. Besides, a puppy wouldn't cook him meals, or massage him right there in just the way he likes it.
In the end, even at his most annoyed, Umeda can't help think (wryly, to himself) that at least Akiha is housebroken.
