8tracks is shutting down and I'm so bummed. Time to move my fanmixes to another platform. At least they make pushing it to spotify easy, but so many songs aren't on spotify from my mixes. Maybe I'll try youtube?

yeah, i'm super sad to see 8tracks go too. i've used it so much over the years and it's been the best place for sharing fanmixes. it's pretty devastating that the 8tracks team gave such short notice for salvaging playlists, too. some things transfer nicely, and a lot don't.

I almost always post my fanmixes here backing my own stuff wasn't much of an issue, but I had over 14k playlists in my listen later mix, to say nothing of 7k longer ones in another one, plus over 4k listen to and in other favorites.

There's just not enough time to save everything and it's really making me sad/stressed.
