Good! This isn't too spoilery, but just some shipping notes of what to look forward to as well as some notes on how to not miss scenes because I did the first time around and it took subsequent poking around for fic to realize, or other people telling me about them.
On the f/f front Trucy got cute new potential girlfriends. Three if you count Athena, who spends a lot of 2 and 6 interacting with Trucy. I wouldn't say there's that much more potential f/f unless you get really creative, but Trucy's new potential girlfriends are the most blatant the series has given us since Aura.
If I remember correctly, you liked Athena/Apollo a bit, yes? Because it shows up a ton. However, it's in the search conversations and giving Athena stuff when she's your partner in investigations, so a lot of it is possible to be missed. I actually missed two of the the most blatant scenes (including one that reads like a kink meme prompt and makes Apollo sound very bisexual and extremely horny on main.) So when you're in case 5 don't forget to give Athena the picture, and check the throne room thoroughly. Also note that 2 has a ton of it in investigations, so don't skip ahead until you got all the reactions to areas.
I would actually place it as basically based in canon that they're crushing a bit on each other due to some of the conversations. Obviously AA is kind of wobbly about any pairs actually ever going canon, but there was no way to interpret some of Apollo's comments late game but as flirting.
Also Ema/the new prosecutor is extremely blatant, as you may have noted from my recent fic output hahahah. Unlike Apollo and Athena, it's pretty much impossible to miss any of that, because it's main game. Join me in the dark side, Samuraiter!
I would note that the new setting is very different (and hostile to you as a player character, no less!) so it can take a bit to get used to. I found it actually became one of my favorite AAs once I got used to it, though. I should replay the first case so I can actually enjoy it instead of going WTF?! I went in blind so I'd just give that heads up.
I won't rule it out, though I haven't done much in this fandom.

And yeah, I definitely like Apollo / Athena (or "Justicykes" or whatever they call it nowadays), but I've got a pretty open mind here.
