yup XD It's pretty easy. There's prompting times for so many weeks (usually about two.) That's already finished, so now it's up to the claiming time, which starts on the 20th. you find what you want to write, and then finish it and post it on the day listed.
If it's listed say, February 14th - Yami no Matsuei, Tsuzuki/Hisoka: hurt/comfort - I will always love you you would write a story of at least 100 words and post it o the 14th.
Despite the title, it need not be porn, as all prompts aren't expected to get into NC-17 territory.
Up to 6 people can claim a prompt (3 art and 3 fic) so it's best to claim if you think it might get used up. Otherwise, it's best to claim sparingly and wait and make sure you don't get too overburdened and wear yourself out. There's no real penalty for dropping out, except disappointed prompters. Oh, and you can claim up until the day it's listed, so there's that too.
