I would love to hear this Kowaru's story, especially if you go with the rejected SEELE clone. Although a part of me gets this really funny/horrible image of a tank of Kowaru!bodies (ala Rei's spare bodies tank) where one of them just suddenly wakes up, crawls out of the tank, and just says, like, "screw this" and walks away.
O_O *whimpers* You know what would have been epic (by which I mean "awful")? If the non-AU SEELE had made clones of Kowaru and kept sending them after Shinji, even after he killed the real Kowaru. If it was that hard killing him once, I can't imagine how quickly Shinji would have a mental breakdown (well, he's always having a mental breakdown) if he kept having to kill Kowaru. Especially if they could be "programmed" with different personalities. We could have angry!Kowaru, slutty!Kowaru, scared-and-begging-please-don't-kill-me-Shinji-I-love-you!Kowaru. The only constant- the obsession with Shinji. Of course. Because they're meant to be.
You know, I love that Evagelion is pretty much the only show where I can think of the most horrible ways I can to mind!fuck the characters and it still doesn't compare to what the actual creators did to them...
