Julius (and Julia) is not here because these characters are from an Arvis/Deirdre never happened and Sigurd/Deirdre got to be happy timeline. (It also extends to a lot of so and so lived, so and so had happy lives AU as well.)

Also, the Reinhardt part is because FEH thought it would be a good idea to put one of my Reinhardts in flower crowns for Forging bonds.

All of them were planned, except for Silvia/Alec and Brigid/Jamke, which just sort of happened organically. Like when you accidentally leave two units two close for too long and they get married. The FE4 (and Awakening, with Chrom at least) experience.
