Hi writer, and anyone else coming this way! I love all sorts of things, from fluff to plot to canon type scenarios, but for all of these especially, I'd want a happy ending, and preferably as little cheating as possible, considering that two canons here either reference or have outright cheating plots. Given how lighthearted these canons are, I'd much rather prefer things on the happier scale.
I'm perfectly happy with porn as I am non-explicit things, though I'd prefer any porn to not contain body fluids that aren't saliva, come, blood or milk. Otherwise I am fine with a wide variety of kinks, though I find inter-generational incest/mommykink often crosses a line for me.
I also generally prefer not to have side pairings that aren't listed as things I like, if at all possible.
How I Met Your Mother
The finale broke my heart. In fact, I personally don't consider it canon for many reasons, among them it's a barely edited script from 2006 long before many plotlines happened, it contradicts many key points of canon, and the plotline was intended for Victoria, not Tracy back when cancellation was a constant threat for the series. My personal canon ending is 9.22 with the Umbrella scene patched in and a few shots of the wedding reception. If you liked/take the finale as canon, all I ask is that you write before it, and I would really prefer as little Ted/Robin as is possible. I personally don't want Barney/Robin or Lily/Marshall and broken up at all, and generally prefer Tracy alive and happily married to Ted. But, if any of these pairs don't appeal to you, then please feel free to focus on gen aspects in the request.
That being said, I do love lot a lot of parts of Season 9.
The friendship between Barney and Billy Zapka was really touching, and seeing him pop up again after the surprise visit in the worst bachelor party ever warms my heart. I'd love to see him and Barney keeping touch, and getting into the same kind of bizarre adventures Barney gets into, like Laser tag showdowns, bets, and all other sorts of things through the years.
Another pair of minor characters in S9 I really loved was The Captain and Becky. The contrast between s6 and s9 Captain, and to see him falling in love with the "Boats, Boats, Boats!" girl is both hilarious and heartwarming. We never see how they met—did he see the commercial and go 'finally, someone who understands how I feel about boats'? Was he introduced by a mutual friend? Does she boat as a hobby now and they met at the marina? I'd love to see a story on how they met each other and fell in love.
If none of these appeal to you, fix-it fic that ignores the finale where Barney and Robin do some awesome travels and (with optional spree of having sex on a ton of landmarks) and stay happy together forever is absolutely welcome. Colbie's personal ending for them was "Barney and Robin riding off in the sunset together on a motorcycle" to paraphrase, and I personally love that canon.
Team Fortress 2
I really love gen in this fandom, and Demoman is horribly underrated, so I'd love to see something focusing on him. It could be a team narrative, a day in the life, Demoman and SCIENCE, or even an adventure story, as he is one of the best primed to go for an adventure, being his whole past trying to blow up Nessie and all. I love Demoman and Soldier both as friends and lovers, so seeing Soldier come along for the ride, whether it be blowing up buildings, the enemy team, monsters, or a particularly bad batch of soup. I'm also really down with seeing Demoman interact with other members of the team. I've always thought that he and Scout might have a really bizarre friendship, with Scout constantly trying to prove himself, or talking science with Heavy and Medic.
As for side pairings, my personal preferences are Heavy/Medic, Scout/Miss Pauling, Spy/Scout's mother, Soldier/Demoman, Soldier/Zhanna, Demoman/Yana and Saxton/Maggie. and I really dislike Medic/female characters, so while you absolutely aren't obligated to include any of these mentions, I would prefer not to see Medic paired up with any of the canon females, if at all possible.
If none of the above request pings works for you/you find those characters too hard to write, fluff/porn/canon missing scenes for any of the OTPs I mentioned that are nominated works just fine.

So, I really love Pyrrha. I want to know more about her before she went to Beacon. How did she become as good as she is? What was her tournament days like? Did they lead to her getting accepted? How big of an advantage did her magnetic powers give her? I'd also love to see her get together with Jaune. Something else that would be cool would be seeing more of the teamwork between her, Jaune, Lie Ren and Nora that we already got a glimpse of. I'd also love friendship fic between Pyrrha and any of the other characters.
