multi-fandom drabble-a-thon
still small and pretty TV-centered. Go give it some love ♥

ship manifesto May is an open month where the rules aren't quite as strict as usual. This might be a good time to do some metaing (or simply collect what you've already done) on your preferred pairings, [livejournal.com profile] myaru

A part of me is tempted to do IkeSoren, because yay, OTP represent! --Though with a pairing like that, it kind of is preaching to the choir. For Ike/Soren either you see it and like it, you don't see it and ship some het or alternate gay or you see it and don't particularly care/see them as platonic. (and when I say "do IkeSoren manifesto" I mean "be a lattegrabber/ficbitch for [livejournal.com profile] r_amythest as I beg her to write it)

Pelleas/Micaiah might be worth manifestoing though, there's enough doubt as them being an official pairing (well, it is FE, and The WHOLE FRICKIN COUNTRY OF DAEIN is Micaiah's main love interest) I could go into metaing how she reacts to him and philosophize whether it was deeply implied merely from his side or if there was a spark of more than "you're gay for Daein too! Let's rule together!"

Also it gives me a chance to copy cutecute basescenes over.

I want to represent fandoms though. I should probably clean up and finish the Soushi/Matsuri one so I can write them without repeating the HAY GUYZ THIS ISN'T A CRACK PAIRING disclaimer. I'm tempted to do an Isaac/Ivan one made almost entirely of screencaps showing all the times when Ivan is breathy/I will follow Isaac anywhere.

On that note, I totally noticed a new scene to cap when I was script diving for Xian Silk. *rubs hands together in glee*

These ideas are all nice and all, but the most likely turn of events goes with me starting a manifesto, getting halfway through and then wandering off to write fic. Spoilers: the manifesto never gets finished, but the fic probably does.

It's a bit late, but better late than never, right? For you who haven't seen it (and care) come play! For you who have already seen it, COME PLAY SOME MORE!
