Super Lesbian!Heather? FANTASTIC.
I'll just be sitting here. Working on roadtrip. Prepared to send you snippets. So you will be inspired. And write more.
Here, I don't think you saw all of this part:
Tormod was standing on the hood of a beat up white van, staring back up at him. Sothe wished he could have been surprised.
“What the hell are you doing?” he called down. Tormod, predictably, grinned like a maniac.
“Rescuing you, duh!” Tormod shouted back, hands cupped around his mouth. Sothe thought he was being a little louder than was strictly necessary.
“Should I be letting down my hair?” Sothe asked with a roll of his eyes. Tormod made a sweeping motion towards the car.
“Do you like it?” he asked. Sothe tilted his head to the side and carefully examined the car.
“It’s a hunk of junk,” he said after a moment. Tormod didn’t seem bothered by this careful analysis.
“We’re going on a roadtrip,” he informed Sothe. “So get your stuff, because we leave in twenty minutes.”
Sothe considered this offer for a long moment. Then he said, “No,” and slammed the window shut.
