“We’re going to do what we do every day, Larg. We’re going to try and take over the world”

3. “Mommy is angry with daddy again,” Soel said.

“Mommy is always angry with daddy, except when she’s had enough wine.”

“...are you thinking what I’m thinking, Larg?”

Larg giggled.

“I’ll go get the wine! Lots and lots of wine!”

“It’s hard to sleep without you here,” Soel said. It made a whimpering noise and looked mournfully into the screen.

“I know. It is for me too,” Larg replied.

“But I know wherever you are, it’s not that far. Because Soel is a part of Larg.”

That night, they slept better than they had in months.
