Actually, fun fact about number five: I don't even know what happened to Kaworu. But here's some possibilities:
-Shinji killed him.
-Kaworu fell, and Shinji was unable to save him.
-Kaworu was killed in front of him, but the killer spared Shinji for some reason.
...that's probably not going to help with the dreams ;;!
