None of these are done officially, I usually do them as gifts via aim. ♥ They’re kept here for organizational purposes -- I'm backing up my fic on lj lest my computer crash. I kept these public because a lot of them are finished. (and a lot are only half finished. Haah. I'm prone to writing like that)

#01 - Walking



#02 - Waltz
When Matsuri was eight he would visit Soushi-san because there was no one else, Shinichirou and Nanami had moved, and Sora and Nao were no where to be seen – but Soushi-san was still there, smiling and offering tea, telling him that it was ok if he cried – Later on, he brought an old phonograph and taught him the mechanics of dancing. (Years later, Sora and Nao can never understand just how Matsuri dances so well – they attribute it to his upbringing)

#03 - Wishes
At twenty, Matsuri still wishes on every star, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t pack his favorite camera and most flattering outfit – he always thought that luck was something you made, not waited for.

#04 - Wonder


#05 - Worry
Matsuri never stays long between his sheets – it always seems there was someone else to ask where he’d been and why he was late, why his hair was tousled (“Oh~ I slept late~!”) it was only Nanami who later pulled him aside, and say he recognized the fragrance lingering on him.

#06 - Whimsy


#07 - Waste/Wasteland
“...and then my camera broke! When I had high quality photographs of Nao wearing cat ears!” Soushi comforts him and reminds him, there’s always next time, and this time he’ll know to be out of striking distance.

#08 - Whiskey and rum
Soushi always just drinks enough to take the edge off, to make him forget that he’s coming home to an empty house – that the only sound of footsteps would be his own.

#09 - War
A long time ago Shinichirou was born, two days later he met his older brother Soushi and vomited all over him – and thus was the first declaration of war between them.

#10 - Weddings
“Marry me” Soushi said over tea one early morning – the drowsiness still hadn’t left either of their eyes, and daylight hung around them, almost dreamlike – “only if you wear the wedding dress,”Matsuri replied.

#11 - Birthday
“What do you want this year?” Matsuri asked over a mobile phone half a world away,
“You” Soushi said (The next night Matsuri flew in)

#12 - Blessing
Matsuri knows that Shinichirou will never, ever, ever give his blessing to any union – or anything that involves Soushi – so he figures it’s either elope or threaten to show Nanami those pictures.

#13 - Bias
Sometimes Matsuri wants to correct Shinichirou and say “Soushi-san is really a nice guy and not the anti-christ!” but deep inside he prefers it this way, Soushi-san being his well kept secret that nobody knows about.

#14 - Burning
“Ah, Soushi-San~ Welcome home~ Dinner is almost ready~!” Matsuri says, forgetting to take off the apron– a foolish mistake indeed for Soushi pounces on him, with almost feline grace –
“But you are tastier than any food–” Soushi says, already positioning his hands on and around Matsuri, up the small of his back (ahh, nnn!) over his abdominal muscles, over his hips and still lower –

“Aah, Sou-Soushi-san! The food will –b-uurn– nnn!”

“I’ve already turned it off” he replies, glad that it didn’t also apply to Matsuri.


#15 - Breathing
Soushi’s fingers against his skin, clavicle, pectorals – it’s the flint against flint that creates a spark that ignites across his body – so Matsuri holds on tighter and lets himself fall deep into this ocean that spans the two of them.

#16 - Breaking
“I’m not going to break” Matsuri says irritatedly as Soushi begins to apply the third type of scented oil – “One can never be too careful,” Soushi replies.

#17 - Belief


#18 - Balloon
When Matsuri was younger, Soushi-san would always hold onto him “just so that you don’t blow away,” when Matsuri was older he understood the real reason why.

#19 - Balcony
“I’m rather tired of sonnets, Soushi-san – at this rate I’m going to die a virgin,” and Soushi happily complied.

#20 - Bane
Of all the math class of that year, Matsuri was the only one that went unmolested – because of a certain cologne carefully chosen after visiting Soushi-san’s.

#21 - Quiet
Without Matsuri the house is filled with an almost eerie calm, Jack sleeps quietly on the windowsill and Soushi sips tea, this time without the eager chatter of daily events – what Sora did, what Nao did, how today went – the day seems to have darkened, somehow.


#22 - Quirks
Soushi checks his emails five times a day, he knows that if he doesn’t, he’ll get the call and Matsuri won’t speak to him for days.

#23 - Question
It's a simple, polite question, but after Matsuri accepts, he can't keep from smiling.

#24 - Quarrel
They quarreled, once – not a mere argument, or a simple spat but a true fight that kept the neighbors up for hours – not from shouting, but from the frightening calm, like the air after a dropped H-bomb – their smiles were so bright with such venom beneath it that Shinichirou still has nightmares.

#25 - Quitting
Soushi happily encourages Matsuri’s interest in knitting – he figures that eventually after all the hideous sweaters and misshapen socks there’s bound to eventually be a knitted bikini.

#26 - Jump

Matsuri likes the way Soushi laughs, slow and controlled, blending into something almost
elegant, he thinks that maybe, he'd like to hear it more often.

Sometimes Soushi calls foreign flowershops and has them deliver a single rose to a certain residence, just because.

Sora and Nao feel a strange sense of dread coming over them when they see Matusuri grinning broadly and carrying a photo album and a stack of film.

Matsuri never really minded that he was in another facet, a different feeling to Sora and Nao, he only minded a bit when there was no room for him inbetween Sora and Nao and their love and their problems, but he realized what he'd been missing when Soushi-san came and made that part of his life oh so different.

#41 - Nowhere

#42 - Neutral
Sometimes Matsuri thinks his only place as Sora and Nao’s friend is to be the mediator and prevent them from killing each other – then Soushi officially introduced him to the rest of his family.

#43 - Nuance
Their relationship is made up of the little things, a conversation over morning tea, a proposition during the lunch hour, pictures sent and secret jokes shared.

#44 - Near
Two days after Matsuri’s eighteenth birthday, a bundle of red roses appears on his door – thirty minutes later, so does Soushi-san, –
there’s so many things he could’ve said (“–I have a colleague nearby whom I offered to work for – I should be here about three-six weeks – I’m staying five blocks down in a rented apartment –”) in the end all he says is “I wanted to be closer”

Neither wind, nor rain, nor snow, nor living halfway around the world will stop Matsuri from taking of Sora and Nao doing naughty things.

“and you could stay in my family’s townhouse – after I prepare it, of course–” Somehow Sora was sure he could see the horns holding up Matsuri’s supposed halo.

#49 - Victory
Sora long ago learned to NEVER EVER EVER EVER pick a fight with Matsuri – he’d manage to bring up some picture and manage to take it at a certain ankle so that it looked completely perverted – Nao on the other hand wasn’t afraid, he’d already won that battle with his own two (well practiced) hands.

#50 - Defeat
Soushi was used to winning and always staying one step ahead – at least until he met Matsuri.

#01 - Comfort
Sei snuggles up between them, muttering “goodnight” and falling asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.

#02 - Kiss
They first kissed at age five because Matsuri came up behind them and at the right angle, shoved Sora hard enough that he fell into a sloppy – almost caricature of a kiss – and it remains Matsuri’s crowning glory, set in a frame above his desk.

#03 - Soft
For all of his prickly personality, Fujimori’s skin was soft and smooth, Sora wanted to let him sleep a little longer, to touch him unaware, but he woke him with a shake instead,“Oi, Fujimori! You’ll be late for school at this rate.”

#04 - Pain
Sora really wishes Matsuri would stop taking pictures of his goose egg, black eye and bruised jaw and proclaiming “Sora and Nao-kun are finally together!”

#05 - Potatoes
“Potatoes and creamy sauce again?!” Sora said – and Sunao poured his dish over Sora’s head and stomped out, slamming the door.

#06 - Rain
Sora didn’t realize that he was in love until Nao had left, leaving scattered ashes and bloodstains where he set their world ablaze.

#07 - Chocolate
Sora still doesn’t know who sent that box of chocolates (Nao was especially touchy that day, stomping and blushing, especially when he got the card from Sora – completely unrelated of course.)

#08 - Happiness
He thinks that, yes, he is happy when Fujimori falls asleep on his shoulder while watching TV.

#09 - Telephone
“What are you wearing?” Sora says, approximately eight seconds into the call – and Sunao hangs up – after screaming at him, of course.

#10 - Ears
Sora swears that he WILL get Fujimori in cat ears again, someday, preferably without Matsuri’s presence this time.

#11 - Name
“and this is my neighbor Sunao – Sora, say hello to Nao-kun!” “What kind of stupid name is Sunao anyways?” “YOU IDIOT!” “Oooooow!”

#12 - Sensual
Nao's skin is covered in a criss-cross pattern of scars, his back, between his legs, his arms-- but Sora just kisses them, when Nao asks what he's doing, Sora just says "taking the pain away"

#13 - Death
Sometimes Sora wonders if Nao died, and if so, why didn’t he as well? For he’s only half-living without him.

#14 - Sex

#15 - Touch
Sora traces his fingers over Sunao's palm, just to feel him, and for once, Sunao doesn't punch him (at least not until Sora's fingers start tracing other places)

#16 - Weakness
Nanami knew the ailment right away when Sunao came into the nurses office limping with dark circles under his eyes, and refusing to sit down.

Sora found out the hard way that Sunao is an excellent runner, and really should join the track team.

It was worth every punch to steal Nao's hairtie and let spill out into the breeze, flowing around him and feeling like cornsilk against his fingers, and he doesn't regret it at all.

When the chain was unleashed, the sunlight felt bright on his skin – then and only then could Nao say that all this time he’d been lying.

Sora sometimes wonder if he’ll ever be able to fight for the huge part of Sunao’s heart that Jack claims.

"This time, I won't let go" Sora says, softly, against Nao's hair.

#24 - Taste
Nothing tastes better than Nao, except maybe Nao-ala-mode.

#25 - Devotion
Two years counting and Sora still can’t stop thinking about Nao, this time, he remembers.

#26 - Forever
When Hashiba said he’d love Fujimori forever – he meant it – even after Fujimori smacked him and asked if he was drunk.

#27 - Blood
Sunao knows he could never go back to Kuu-chan when his hands are so bloodstained – the door had closed between them for one last time.

#28 - Sickness
“In sickness and health” he says, and Sunao giggles in his borrowed wedding dress, ignoring the commotion outside.

#29 - Melody
“Ah, Sora, another argument?” “I told Fujimori that he couldn’t carry a tune if it was dipped in glue”

#30 - Star
No matter how many times Sora asked, Sunao wouldn’t tell him what he for wished on that falling star.

#31 - Home
It’s knowing that he’ll always have a place to come back to, knowing that no matter how much they quarrel, Sora will never truly hate him, it’s knowing that even if he can’t say the words, his love isn’t any less.

#32 - Confusion
“Matsuri! Wh-where did you get that picture?” Sora said, backing away as Nao came closer and closer.

#33 - Fear
Everytime Sunao tries to open his mouth and say the words, it’s as if hands are holding his throat, he’s stutter-shut and unable to even squeak out the simplest most complicated words of his life.

#34 - Lightning/Thunder
“HA–SHIBAAAAA” Fujimori growled, and Sora could swear there was a storm of lightning and thunder surrounding him.

#35 - Bonds
“this is the only way Sora-kun and Nao-chan will get along ~” Ayano-chan said, as he locked on half of the handcuff on Sunao’s wrist, and the other on Sora’s.

#36 - Market
Trips to the store always last twice as long with them, if they’re not arguing about what brand to buy, it’s arguing about what price, or what size, or how many – but still, it isn’t unpleasant.

#37 - Technology
Sora came very close to screaming when Sunao broke his computer again.

#38 - Gift
Sora isn’t really sure what to make of Yoru’s Christmas gift, or how he should convince Sunao to use it too.

#39 - Smile
There’s nothing more beautiful to him than when Fujimori smiles.

#40 - Innocence
“Is the white stuff bad?” Sei says, and Sora almost chokes– then yells at Fujimori,“I thought you were going to tell him about the birds and the bees!”


#41 - Completion
When it is over and done, he won’t regret much, except all the time they wasted, so far apart.

#42 - Clouds
“Look! Look! That one is exactly like a dolphin!” Sei says, while Sunao and Sora packs up the leftovers of their picnic.

#43 - Sky
For such a long time, Sunao hated the color blue with a passion, everytime he saw it, he remembered.

#44 - Heaven
Sora would rather have Nao than a paradise, because he's never really wanted more than this, spending time with him, each argument and time spent eating out because Nao burned dinner again -- he's never wanted anything more.

#45 - Hell
There are days when Sora honestly wonders if Sunao doesn’t suffer from PMS, 24/7

Moonlight spills in over Fujimori’s sleeping body, the covers half drawn around him, the lean form of his back exposed, and Sora watches, hazy and half asleep, his hand at the base of Nao’s spine.

Sunao couldn’t swim, but that didn’t stop Sora from splashing him with water whenever he could.

#49 - Hair
Fujimori’s hair is actually pretty when he puts it up, with some care and hair ribbons (taught by Matsuri, perhaps?) He wonders why Fujimori doesn’t do it more often – but not aloud, because even Sora learns.
